Jim Keogan is the Assistant Chief Executive with responsibility for urban planning, property, economic development and local enterprise in Dublin City Council.
He is a member of the City Council Senior Management Team and works closely with the Chief Executive in the provision of a wide range of infrastructure and services. Jim also has responsibility for the Economic Development and Enterprise Strategic Policy Committee and the Planning and International Relations Strategic Policy Committee.
He is a member of the Board of Dublin Docklands, Temple Bar and Ballymun Regeneration Limited and is a member of the City and County Managers Association. He is also a member of the Dublin Housing Taskforce established under Construction 2020 to improve housing supply in the Dublin region. Jim is also the chair of Local Enterprise Office Evaluation Committee.
Prior to Jim taking up his position as Assistant Chief Executive he was the Executive Manager for Planning and Property Department.
